Have just tasted sprats out of the oven! I bought them for 1,00 € in a supermarket, and I found out, you can do sooo much with them!!!
you can + ferment them (put them into a closed glass bowl, pour water in it and let it "rot" for 1 week or more...tasty & Healthy!)
you can also eat them frozen!
and I just baked one that was already old, together with olive oil in the oven!
P.S.: Works for any fish ;)
P.P.S.: Even better, find a way of life without eating too much fish, they are cute! :)
